Urethral Sphincter Electrode (USE) combines EMG technology with a Foley catheter to monitor the external urinary sphincter (EUS) in male and female patients. USE features a flexible, atraumatic surface electrode and is compatible with any nerve monitoring system.

Integrated with a standard Foley catheter, the electrode is highly flexible and does not impact the feel or function of the device.

USE delivers reliable EMG signals of EUS activity throughout the procedures with consistently low impedances.

External Urinary Sphincter Monitoring

USE provides neuromonitoring of the pelvic floor in various surgical specialties.

The 100% silicone Foley catheter facilitates a unisex design that secures placement to monitor the activity of the external urinary sphincter.

USE is single-use, available in French sizes 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, and 18, and is compatible with any nerve monitoring system.
